Festival de Gastronomia Vegana acontece em São Paulo

Falafel, sorvete, samosa, strudel, cheesecake, dadinho de tapioca com geléia de pimenta, coxinha de jaca: estas são algumas das iguarias neste festival para provar sem dor na consciência, pois apenas plantas fazem parte das preparações. Os chefs Ana Curcelli da Choco Vegan, André Cantú do Broto Primavera, André da Cia Vegan e Marlene Oliveira da Eco Chef também estarão no evento, ministrando oficinas gratuitamente ao público.

Todos os produtos apresentados pelos expositores neste evento serão veganos, ou seja, isentos de exploração animal: ingredientes de origem vegetal e livres de crueldade, pois também não efetuaram testes em bichos. Realizado pela JMA J’adore mes amis, o Festival de Gastronomia Vegana tem entrada franca e também empresas de outros setores, como cosmético, higiene, artesanato, decoração e vestuário – além dos diversos alimentos veganos servidos na hora ou para viagem, como leites, manteigas e queijos vegetais para abastecer sua geladeira.
Com grade de atividades gratuitas para toda a família, haverá também terapias corporais, yoga, área infantil, participação de ONGs e protetores independentes, e adoção responsável de cães e gatos – também receberão doações de ração, medicamentos, fraldas, tapetes higiênicos, cobertores e outros itens para ajudá-los no resgate destes animais.
