Sobremesa de Natal: Cheesecake de limão com frutas vermelhas

O Natal está chegando e com ele a famosa ceia. Se você não quer “fazer feio” para a família e convidados, ensinamos agora uma receita de sobremesa que deixará todos apaixonados: cheesecake de limão com frutas vermelhas. Vem aprender!

Ingredientes
2 xícaras (chá) de água
. 1 envelope de gelatina em pó branca
. 200 g de biscoito de chocolate moído
. 60 g de manteiga derretida
. Óleo para untar
. 300 g de cream cheese em temperatura ambiente
. 200 g de iogurte natural
. 1 lata de leite condensado
. Casca ralada e suco de 3 limões-sicilianos
. 3 colheres (sopa) de gelatina de morango
. 1/2 xícara (chá) de amora
. 1/2 xícara (chá) de morango cortado em quatro com as folhas
. Sementes de 1 romã
Modo de preparo
Em um refratário, polvilhe 1/2 xícara (chá) de água com a gelatina e deixe descansar por 2 minutos. Leve ao fogo, em banho-maria, até dissolver. Reserve. Em uma tigela, misture o biscoito com a manteiga. Cubra com papel-manteiga o fundo de uma forma de abrir, de 22 cm de diâmetro, com as laterais untadas com óleo. Espalhe no fundo a farofa de biscoito, pressionando-a. Na batedeira, bata o cream cheese com o iogurte e o leite condensado por 2 minutos ou até obter um creme. Aos poucos, junte a casca, o suco de limão e a gelatina, mexendo sempre, até ficar homogêneo. Despeje sobre a massa de biscoito e leve para gelar por 3 horas ou até ficar firme.
Prepare a cobertura
Em um refratário, misture a gelatina de morango com 1/2 xícara (chá) de água fervente, mexendo até dissolver. Adicione 1/2 xícara (chá) de água fria. Leve para gelar, mexendo às vezes, por 40 minutos, ou até engrossar e ficar com consistência de clara de ovo. Despeje sobre a torta e leve à geladeira por 1 hora ou até ficar firme. Desenforme, tirando o fundo da forma com a ajuda de uma espátula. Sirva decorado com as frutas.
