Engana-se quem acha que a PIZZA teve a sua origem na Itália. Existem diversas versões sobre o seu descobrimento, mas a principal delas afirma que a Pizza, foi descoberta pelos egípcios há 6.000 mil anos atrás.

Antigamente, as massas de pizzas não passavam de uma mistura de grãos de cereais amassados, que só depois de anos seria assada. O grande passo para o desenvolvimento da Pizza foi quando os Egípcios descobriram o processo de fermentação e inventaram o primeiro forno. Aquela mistura de cereais que compunham a massa da pizza começava a mudar e se tornar mais macias, leves, gostosas e digeríveis. Consta ainda em registros históricos, que os egípcios comemoravam o aniversário do Faraó com farta distribuição de pães achatados, cobertos com ervas, que seriam nossas pizzas ancestrais.
E para celebrarmos essa gostosura, vamos ensinar uma receita de Pizza no Potinho, com preparação rápida e prática, ideal para servir em comemorações especiais ou mesmo para um lanche em família. Confira a receita!
Ingredientes:
– 1 tomate
– 1 pitada de sal
– Pimenta-do-reino preta moída a gosto
– 4 fatias do pão Wickbold Do Forno Original
– 1 xícara (chá) de mussarela ralada
– ½ xícara (chá) de tomates-cereja cortados ao meio
– Orégano a gosto
– Folhas de manjericão a gosto
– Azeite para untar
Modo de Preparo:
Em um liquidificador, bata o tomate, o sal e a pimenta. Reserve.
Unte o fundo e as laterais de ramequins individuais com azeite e depois cubra o fundo dos mesmos com uma fatia de pão. O próximo passo é espalhar o tomate triturado sobre o pão e cobrir com a mussarela, os tomates-cerejas e o orégano. Leve para gratinar em forno alto por, aproximadamente, 10 minutos até o queijo derreter. Finalize com o manjericão e sirva.
