Cultura Inglesa lança exposição sobre suspense e terror britânico

Está em cartaz desde o dia 26 de maio, no Centro Cultural São Paulo, a exposição “Great British Mysteries – Não dá para explicar. Tem que sentir” – que integra a 22ª edição da Cultura Inglesa Festival, e reúne em ambientes interativos o encontro dos mistérios britânicos com a cultura pop.

A exposição foi montada como um labirinto, dividido em quatro eixos temáticos principais: Pontos Turísticos Mal-Assombrados, As Ruas e os Mistérios de Londres, Investigações Sobrenaturais e Monstros e Mitos. O ambiente celebra, ainda, os 200 anos da publicação de ‘Frankenstein’, romance de terror gótico de autoria da britânica Mary Shelley.
“Na exposição e nos outros eventos do Festival, nossos alunos e todo o público são instigados a vivenciar a cultura britânica, os hábitos, a história, a forma como eles usam o idioma. Tudo isso para que possam se comunicar plenamente em um contato profissional ou de lazer”, explica Laerte Mello, gerente cultural da Cultura Inglesa.
“Great British Mysteries – Não dá para explicar. Tem que sentir” tem curadoria de Marcel Nadall, especializado em cultura pop e editora da Revista Mundo Estranho, e fica em cartaz até 17 de junho. Entrada gratuita!
