Artista de efeitos visuais de Detetive Pikachu participa de conferência em São Paulo
Fellipe Beckman, maranhense radicado no Canadá, vem ao Brasil em setembro para participar da Unhide Conference
O artista de efeitos visuais e 3D, Fellipe Beckman, acaba de confirmar sua presença na Unhide Conference, maior festival de Arte Digital da América Latina, que acontece entre os dias 27 e 29 de setembro em São Paulo. Beckman vem falar, entre outras coisas, sobre o seu processo de criação na animação Detetive Pikachu, que acaba de chegar às telonas.
O brasileiro radicado no Canadá é atualmente Lead Environment Generalist na MPC, um dos maiores estúdios de VFX do mundo, e já trabalhou em empresas da China, Brasil e Argentina com foco em texturização, sombreamento e iluminação. Em Detetive Pikachu, ele liderou a equipe responsável por garantir o alto padrão de entrega das cenas.
Fellipe está escalado para dar uma palestra exclusiva ao longo dos 3 dias de evento. A agenda completa será divulgada posteriormente, pelo site da Conferência.
A Unhide Conferente vai reunir profissionais e palestrantes dos maiores estúdios e empresas de entretenimento do planeta em segmentos como games, cinema, publicidade, arquitetura, design e produção musical. O evento acontece no Palácio de Convenções Anhembi, e espera receber cerca de 7500 mil pessoas para as mais de 100 horas de conteúdo, com cerca de 30 palestrantes em 10 painéis e 15 workshops.
Além de Fellipe Beckman, já estão confirmados Mike Winkelman, o Beeple, profissional de 3D famoso por sua série Everydays, na qual lança todos os dias, nos últimos 11 anos, uma nova imagem. O artista também participou de produções como Spiderverse e capas de álbuns da banda Imagine Dragons. Erik Johansson, um dos mais influentes nomes de fotografia e manipulação do mundo, também é um dos nomes internacionais confirmados, junto com Jama Jurabaev, ilustrador e Concept Art de obras como A Bela e A Fera e Avengers.
O evento é uma produção da Unhide School e Eleven Dragons, tem patrocínio da Wacom e Lightfarm, e o apoio da Adobe, Matte Paint.com, Faculdade Melies e Design Culture.
