Em função da abertura e funcionamento da arena do Palmeiras não estarem definidas, a TIME FOR FUN comunica que os shows do One Direction em São Paulo, agendados para 10 e 11 de maio de 2014, serão transferidos para o Estádio do Morumbi, mantidas as datas.

- Não é necessária a troca de ingressos. Os setores da arena do Palmeiras serão respeitados no Estádio do Morumbi e os ingressos adquiridos serão aceitos normalmente nos acessos do estádio. Veja nos mapas abaixo (clique no link para abrir).

- Com a mudança para um local de maior capacidade, novos ingressos em todos os setores estarão disponíveis para venda a partir do dia 19 de dezembro. Os ingressos poderão ser adquiridos na bilheteria oficial do Citibank Hall SP, pelo sitewww.ticketsforfun.com.br, telefone (4003-5588) ou pontos de vendas espalhados pelo país;
Aqueles que compraram ingressos e não puderem ir ao Estádio do Morumbi poderão solicitar reembolso a partir de 19 de dezembro, seguindo os procedimentos abaixo. Recomendamos que o pedido de reembolso seja feito até dia 1º de fevereiro de 2014.
Compras efetuadas em um canal presencial (Bilheteria ou ponto de venda):
a. Dirigir-se ao mesmo local onde a compra foi efetuada;
b. Apresentar o ingresso adquirido;
c. Caso a compra tenha sido efetuada em dinheiro, o reembolso ocorrerá através de depósito bancário;
d. Caso a compra tenha sido efetuada com cartão de débito, o valor será creditado na conta do cartão utilizado na compra;
e. Para compras efetuadas com cartão de crédito, o valor será creditado na fatura do cartão utilizado na compra, em até 20 dias úteis.
Compras efetuadas em um canal não presencial (Internet e telefone):
a. Enviar e-mail com os dados da compra para o e-mail sac@ticketsforfun.com.br, com o título “REEMBOLSO”;
b. O valor pago será creditado na fatura do cartão utilizado na compra, em até 20 dias úteis;
c. O ingresso deverá ser devolvido, de acordo com as instruções que serão enviadas pelo SAC.
