O Jalapeño Passion é um drink refrescante feito com a pimenta originária do México, e tem como base a tequila. Originalmente criado por Tomer Doar, e hoje preparado pelo mixologista D’Israeli Fernandez, o drink tem também na receita maracujá, suco de limão, entre outros insumos refrescantes. Veja abaixo os ingredientes e aprenda como fazer.
Ingredientes:
50 Ml de tequila
30 Ml de suco de Maracujá
150 Ml de suco de limão
250 Ml de suco de maçã
2 rodelas de pimenta jalapeño
3 rodelas de limão
2 folhas de manjericão
Xarope para adoçar
Como preparar:
Em um copo de shake amassar folhas de manjericão e uma rodela de jalapeño. Adicionar a tequila e os sucos de maracujá, limão e maçã. Para adoçar, xarope de açúcar. Adicione o gelo e faça shake. Em um copo Double Rocks adicione gelo e o drink coado. Decore com rodelas de jalapeño e limão.
