O Rei do Show: Sequência está em desenvolvimento
Segundo o diretor Michael Gracey, Hugh Jackman, astro do sucesso O Rei do Show está desenvolvendo uma sequência para o longa.
Gracey declarou ao jornal The Sun, durante os Brit Awards: “Quando um filme faz tanto sucesso quanto este, é natural que haja demanda por uma sequência. As discussões começaram e já estamos trabalhando [em uma continuação]”, ele acrescentou.
Apesar das dúvidas sobre o êxito do filme, “O Rei do Show” arrecadou mais de 434 milhões de dólares no mundo inteiro e ficou nos cinemas por quase 220 dias.
Ainda não se sabe ao certo se as co-estrelas do filme original, Zac Efron e Zendaya, que interpretaram o casal Philip Carlyle e Anne Wheeler, estarão na sequência.
