Revista Turma do Chico Bento – De olho na natureza é lançada durante festa
Data foi comemorada com evento na sede da Instituição, em Brasília
Os 30 anos de criação do Instituto Brasileiro do Meio Ambiente e dos Recursos Naturais Renováveis (Ibama), foi comemorado com evento na sede da Instituição, na última sexta-feira (22), em Brasília, com o lançamento da revista em quadrinhos Turma do Chico Bento – De olho na natureza, que trata de assuntos sobre proteção ao meio ambiente e sustentabilidade. Para o lançamento foram impressos 400 mil exemplares que serão distribuídos gratuitamente em todas as unidades da federação, pelas equipes de educação ambiental do Ibama, principalmente nas escolas de ensino fundamental.
Na ocasião, estavam presentes, o Ministro do Meio Ambiente, Ricardo de Aquino Salles, e o diretor de projetos especiais da Mauricio de Sousa Produções (MSP), Abel Mesquita, entre outras personalidades, além do personagem Chico Bento, que subiu ao palco e animou ainda mais a festa.
O desenhista Mauricio de Sousa gravou um depoimento, em vídeo, para parabenizar o Ibama e prestigiar o evento.
