Maroon 5 é atração confirmada no VillaMix Festival São Paulo
Banda americana chega ao mega evento para uma apresentação exclusiva e único show na América Latina
Ganhadores de diversos prêmios GRAMMY® e múltiplos discos de platina, o Maroon 5, uma das bandas mais consolidadas da música pop e um dos maiores artistas do século 21, desembarca no VillaMix Festival São Paulo para uma apresentação exclusiva e único show na América Latina. O encontro da banda com os fãs brasileiros acontecerá no Autódromo de Interlagos, dia 06 de julho (sábado) – primeiro dia do mega festival que, pela primeira vez, acontecerá em dois dias na capital paulista (06 e 07 de julho), prometendo um line-up de peso, além de outras grandes novidades para o público.
Essa edição marca uma nova fase do festival, que a partir de agora se iguala aos principais festivais de música do mundo. Além disso, o 7° VMF São Paulo consagra também a renovação da parceria com a Brahma por mais 5 anos. “Teremos algumas surpresas para esta edição do VMF que realmente está marcando uma nova fase do evento. Estaremos sempre com grandes nomes internacionais como Maroon 5, por exemplo, o que traz ainda mais notoriedade e credibilidade ao nosso festival. Aguardem que vem muita coisa boa por aí!”, ressalta Marcos Araújo, presidente do grupo ÁudioMix e organizador do VillaMix Festival.
A reconhecida banda de Los Angeles se tornou “a banda de maior sucesso na história do Billboard Hot 100” com 14 músicas alcançando o Top 10 da famosa parada de sucesso americana. O Maroon 5 conseguiu colocar nada menos do que 10 musicas na posição #1 do Top 40 americano, o único duo ou banda a conquistar esse feito.
“Girls Like You” ft Cardi B, o último mega hit do Maroon 5, rapidamente subiu as paradas de sucesso. O single chegou ao topo das listas Top 40, Adult Pop e Hot 100 da revista Billboard por sete semanas seguidas e acumulou mais de 2 bilhões de visualizações no YouTube/VEVO. A faixa é a que permaneceu por mais tempo no Top 10 da Billboard Hot 100 e o vídeo mais assistido na VEVO em 2018.
