Ex-integrante de um dos maiores fenômenos da história recente da música mundial, o grupo One Direction, Louis Tomlinson chega ao Brasil para se apresentar pela primeira vez no Rio de Janeiro, dia 9 de maio, no Vivo RIO e no dia 10 de maio, em São Paulo, no Espaço das Américas, em mais uma realização da MOVE Concerts.

Ingressos para as apresentações estarão disponíveis a partir de 14 de novembro em aqui.

Os shows no Brasil fazem parte da turnê mundial de Tomlinson em suporte ao seu primeiro álbum solo, WALLS, a ser lançado no final de janeiro do próximo ano, que também visitará, além do Reino Unido (Londres, Glasgow, Doncaster e Manchester), Espanha, França, Alemanha, Paises Baixos, Suécia, Itália, Emirados Árabes, Indonésia, Austrália, Nova Zelândia, Japão, Argentina, Paraguay e Estados Unidos.

No último dia 24 de outubro, Tomlinson lançou o terceiro single do álbum, “We made it”, que já está nas paradas mundiais.

 

Em agosto deste ano, Tomlinson ganhou o prêmio de “Melhor Canção – Artista Masculino” no Teen Choice Awards 2019 com “Two of us”, primeiro single de WALLS, lançado em março, que já acumula mais de 40 milhões de transmissões no Spotify e mais de 23 milhões de visualizações no YouTube.

O segundo single, “Kill My Mind”, foi lançado em setembro deste ano.
Com sua carreira solo, Louis Tomlinson já pode ser considerado uma das maiores sensações da música pop na atualidade: com apenas cinco lançamentos oficiais, juntamente com remixes e versões acústicas, o cantor alcançou, em agosto deste ano, a marca histórica de UM BILHÃO de streamings no Spotify.

Em 2018, Tomlinson recebeu o iHeart Award por “Best Solo Breakout” e, em 2017, o EMA Award por “Best UK & Ireland Act”. Com mais de 60 milhões de seguidores em suas redes sociais, ainda apareceu na lista TOP 5 da Billboard dos mais importantes artistas emergentes mundiais de 2018.

Como membro do One Direction, Louis Tomlinson vendeu mais de 100 milhões de discos, ganhou 7 American Music Awards, 7 BBC Teen Awards, 6 Billboard Music Awards, 5 Billboard Touring Awards, 7 Brit Awards, 12 MTV Europe Awards, 4 MTV Video Awards, 3 People’s Choice Awards, 28 Teen Choice Awards, em um total de 193 prêmios em 286 indicações.
