Magnum P.I estreia em novembro no Universal TV
O Universal TV estreia no dia 7 de novembro, quinta-feira, às 22h, a série “Magnum P.I”. Ambientada no Havaí e estrelada por Jay Hernandez (Esquadrão Suicida), Perdita Weeks (Jogador N° 1) e Zachary Knighton (A Morte Pede Carona), a produção é um remake do sucesso homônimo, protagonizado por Tom Selleck (Par Perfeito) da década de 80.
O drama policial, dirigido por Eric Guggenheim e Peter M. Lenkov, acompanha Thomas Sullivan Magnum (Jay Hernandez), um ex-fuzileiro naval que volta do Afeganistão para o Havaí, onde reabre a “Magnum P.I.”, firma de investigação particular que pertencia a seu pai.
A novidade é que, diferente da primeira versão, onde o personagem Higgins era um homem, “Magnum P.I.” traz Perdita Weeks no papel da ex-agente do MI6, e parceira de investigações do protagonista, como uma líder forte. Antes o papel pertencia a John Hillerman (Chinatown).
